Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to House of Awoken Goddess LLC (“House of Awoken Goddess,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases, appointments, consultations, custom orders, hair services, jewelry services, permanent jewelry services, and other products or services offered by House of Awoken Goddess.
By accessing our website, placing an order, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Jewelry Sales & Final Sale Policy
All jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on jewelry unless otherwise determined by the owner in her sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, materials, sizing information, photographs, and other available information before completing a purchase.
Because many House of Awoken Goddess pieces are handmade, natural, customized, or individually assembled, slight variations in stones, beads, metals, colors, patterns, textures, and appearance may occur. These natural or handmade variations are not necessarily considered defects.
2. Custom Orders
All custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom work may include, but is not limited to, customized waistbeads, jewelry, sizing, colors, gemstones, charms, designs, and other personalized requests.
Once work has begun or materials have been purchased for a custom order, changes may not be possible. Any requested modification is subject to approval and may result in additional charges.
Completion times for custom projects are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, material availability, customization, and order volume.
3. Measurements & Custom Fittings
House of Awoken Goddess offers customized fitting and consultation appointments. Consultations may be available virtually or in studio, depending on availability and the service selected.
Customers who choose not to book a fitting or consultation are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
House of Awoken Goddess is not responsible for sizing or fit issues resulting from measurements supplied by the customer. Remaking, resizing, or altering an item because of an inaccurate customer-provided measurement may require an additional fee.
Customers are encouraged to schedule a fitting or consultation if they are uncertain about their measurements.
4. Permanent Jewelry
All permanent jewelry services and purchases are FINAL SALE.
Permanent jewelry is designed to remain attached until intentionally removed or until the chain or connecting component breaks. The lifespan of permanent jewelry varies based on the chain selected, lifestyle, care, exposure to chemicals or physical activity, and other factors.
House of Awoken Goddess does not guarantee that permanent jewelry will remain attached for a particular period of time.
Repairs may be available for an additional fee and are handled at the owner’s discretion. Repair availability and cost may depend on the condition of the jewelry, availability of materials, and nature of the damage.
Customers should inform House of Awoken Goddess of known sensitivities to jewelry metals before receiving a permanent jewelry service.
5. Hair Appointments & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure hair appointments when indicated during booking.
All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when the client follows the applicable cancellation/rescheduling policy and the transfer is approved.
After a deposit has been transferred once, an additional rescheduling request may require a new deposit.
If House of Awoken Goddess cancels the appointment and an acceptable rescheduled appointment cannot be arranged, the client’s deposit will be eligible for a refund.
Deposits may be applied toward the remaining balance of the scheduled service unless otherwise stated during booking.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice before canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Whenever possible, 48–72 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of the deposit, denial of a deposit transfer, or the requirement of a new deposit before another appointment can be booked.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in additional booking restrictions at the owner’s discretion.
7. No-Shows
A client who fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice may be considered a no-show.
No-shows may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price, subject to applicable law and any payment authorization obtained during booking.
Any outstanding no-show fee may be required to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled or accepted.
8. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be provided when the client communicates that they are running late. The grace period is not guaranteed and depends on the service and appointment schedule.
Arriving late may result in modification or cancellation of the appointment if there is not enough remaining time to safely and properly complete the scheduled service.
If an appointment must be canceled because of a client’s late arrival, applicable cancellation and deposit policies may apply.
9. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Premade/in-stock orders: Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Custom orders: Please allow approximately 7–10 business days or longer, depending on the project, customization requirements, material availability, and order volume.
Custom or complex projects may require additional time. When possible, customers will be informed if a project is expected to substantially exceed the normal processing timeframe.
Shipping carrier transit times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier and are separate from our processing times.
House of Awoken Goddess is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
10. Repairs
Repairs may be offered for jewelry and permanent jewelry for an additional fee.
Repair eligibility, pricing, materials, and turnaround time are determined on a case-by-case basis and are at the owner’s discretion.
A repair request does not guarantee that an item can be restored to its original condition.
11. Product Care
Customers are responsible for properly caring for purchased jewelry.
Exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, lotions, oils, cleaning products, chemicals, excessive pulling, physical activity, improper storage, or normal wear may affect the appearance or longevity of jewelry.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
12. Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice.
House of Awoken Goddess reserves the right to correct pricing, product-description, availability, or other website errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, service fees, deposits, customization fees, or other charges may be added to an order or appointment where appropriate.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.
13. Availability
Products, materials, appointment times, services, and custom options are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or services, limit quantities, decline custom requests, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, any amount owed back to the customer will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
14. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, written content, product descriptions, and other original content appearing on the House of Awoken Goddess website are owned by or licensed to House of Awoken Goddess.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders reasonably believed to involve fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or other unlawful conduct.
16. Service & Product Expectations
Handmade and customized products may vary slightly from photographs or previous creations.
Results from hair and beauty services can also vary depending on factors including hair condition, texture, length, previous treatments, maintenance, and aftercare.
Photographs, examples, and previous work are intended to demonstrate style and quality and do not guarantee identical results.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, House of Awoken Goddess LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
18. Owner Discretion
Where specifically stated in these Terms, certain accommodations, repairs, exceptions, rescheduling requests, and customer-service resolutions may be considered at the owner’s discretion.
Providing an exception on one occasion does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.
19. Changes to These Terms
House of Awoken Goddess may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
The version posted on our website at the time of a purchase or booking will govern that transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms before purchasing a product or booking a service.
