Order Processing & Shipping

Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Premade/in-stock orders: Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Custom orders: Please allow approximately 7–10 business days or longer, depending on the project, customization requirements, material availability, and order volume. Custom or complex projects may require additional time. When possible, customers will be informed if a project is expected to substantially exceed the normal processing timeframe.

 

Shipping carrier transit times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier and are separate from our processing times. House of Awoken Goddess is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside of our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
