All waist beads are handmade and processed with care.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Important Shipping Notes:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly first. You may also reach out to us for support.

Waist beads are delicate, sacred adornments meant to move gently with your body and spirit.

To honor and preserve them:

• Avoid pulling, tugging, or overstretching

• Remove before intense physical activity (if removable)

• Limit exposure to water, oils, lotions, and perfumes

• Store gently when not in use

We are not responsible for damage or breakage caused by normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery.

Refund Policy

Our waist beads are handcrafted with intention, care, and energy and are considered personal, intimate adornments. For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Exceptions may be made only if:

• Your waist beads arrive damaged, or

• You receive an incorrect item

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Each set of waist beads is created with purpose and often made to order. Please review all descriptions carefully and reach out before purchasing if you need guidance with sizing, fit, or style—we are always happy to assist 💫

Sizing Disclaimer (Please Read Carefully)

Waist beads are traditionally worn snug against the body and are not designed to stretch.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Measure their waist accurately using a soft measuring tape

• Measure at the exact point where the waist beads are intended to sit

• Follow the provided sizing guide closely

Because waist beads are custom-fitted and non-adjustable, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for sizing errors.

We recommend measuring twice before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Tie-On Waist Bead Disclaimer

Tie-on waist beads are designed to be permanent adornments and are not adjustable once tied.

Please note:

• Once tied and worn, tie-on waist beads cannot be removed and re-tied without cutting

• Cutting or altering the waist beads voids any eligibility for replacement

• We are not responsible for breakage caused by tying too tightly, improper tying, or cutting
