Refund Policy Our waist beads are handcrafted with intention, care, and energy and are considered personal, intimate adornments. For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions may be made only if:

You receive an incorrect item
If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Please note:
Once tied and worn, tie-on waist beads cannot be removed and re-tied without cutting
Cutting or altering the waist beads voids any eligibility for replacement
